about

Getting a home ready to sell feels like a lot — and most homeowners don't know where to start. There's decision fatigue, emotional weight, and a long list of things that might matter. The truth is, only a handful of things actually move the needle. My job is to help you find them.

I'm Gina Crafton, a Certified Professional Home Stager and Organizer serving Eugene, Springfield, Corvallis, and the Willamette Valley. I work with homeowners preparing to sell, real estate agents who want listings that stand out, and families navigating downsizing and life transitions.

My instinct for what draws a buyer in started long before staging. My husband and I ran a vintage and antique booth for 15 years and we learned quickly that presentation is everything. That same eye for visual appeal and buyer psychology is what I bring to every home today.

My signature process - Reduce. Rearrange. Refresh. - turns overwhelming into doable. I've worked on Hoarders, appeared on the Emmy-nominated Legacy List with Matt Paxton on OPB, and trained under Dorothy Breininger.

You don't need more to-dos. You need a strategy.

Gina was great! She was very thorough during the consultation to understand what my goals were, which was reclaim my garage and purge things.

She did a terrific job of sorting items, having me decide what to keep and what to purge, and then organized the final location for those to keep. It was a very effective process and now I am parking in my garage!
